Who’s Ego? Mine?

It’s a strange dilemma,

Of when to bow and agree,
Of when to humbly accept,
Of when to know you are wrong,
Of when to accept you are wrong,
Of when you produce a bad result,
Of when to accept the result.
It indeed is.

It’s a strange equation,
To derive when things are right,
To derive the right fit for the sentiment,
To derivate the required emotion.
To derive a proper consensus.
It indeed is.

It’s difficult to see,
Through someone else’s perspective,
Through someone’s troubles,
Through someone’s fake smiles.
It indeed is.

But it’s not difficult to accept faults for someone’s smile.
It’s not a dilemma when you know the results will be ill.
It’s rather easy to spot through the fake smiles when you truly love that person.
It’s relatively simple to see their troubles through your own eyes and shoes.

All you need is to accept,
Not the fault in your stars,
Rather the only fault
Commonly termed as your Ego.
